Yay, I was going to make something like this a long time ago, but realized that would fail in most builds because of the cielings.

With how the engine works, you only can move the camera up and down, and left to right (though it doesn't look at the player, but instead keeps looking forward.) Spaceguy's mod constantly set the player's camera to the side of the player. The problem with this is that it could lag a server, and for the player it was very jumpy, not allowing any real fun to be had with it. So it hasn't been ported, not because it isn't possible, but because it worked like crap.
