Because Classic Castle was totally more original than Atlantis. You're supposed to be the original one.

Classic Castle didn't rip off a show or movie now did it?
Atlantis is basically a stargate atlantis kiss ass like lego starwars.
I don't remember aquanauts or the others trying to copy stargate atlantis.
There was the adventure sets which were an Indiana Jones parody, after the new Indiana Jones movie came out they killed off adventure sets and made their own Indiana Jones sets along with a game.
Lego is now jumping onboard on any popular franchise now. They are just in it for the money.
