Yeah he is right but he needs to stop talking about it, it's gettin' old.  I didn't make this thread for people to sit and grouch on it.

The LEGO stuff, contrary to popular belief and their marketing campaigns, are not doing this for the kids.

THEY DO IT FOR THE MONEY.

Sure it costs money to merchandise Star Wars, Spongebob, and all the other stuff cartoons or whatever, but who gives a damn?  Kids recognize their favorite characters in their favorite building blocks, and immediately slam it on their birthday wishlist.
