UV map the model and give the material the same name as the texture.

Whoops, looks like I misnamed the texture in the package, so it was appearing blank, thanks for the help though. :P

That model also sucks and I made it 6 months ago while working on the Falcon.

Read the Valve wiki. They tell you how to decompiled the models.

I hate it when my Sketchup models are exported to OBj, imported to Milkshape, exported to DTS, then it's messed up in-game. If somebody knows how to fix, then I'll be glad about that.

Decompiled model > Import to Blender. You need the Blender SMD tools which are also available on the wiki.

You could have made it 3 days ago and just fudged the date to make yourself look better, which makes sense.. why are you posting a 6 month old model?
