Well if you plan on making that shoot spears you should probably connect the grip and handle or whatever's going on there because it wouldn't make any other sense seeing as the spear connects the two pieces.

The big spear holds the mag and handle, the magazine has mini-sized spears with explosive tips.

(That's my excuse for brick damage c:)

Don't release that, keep your first models to yourself until you improve greatly. Trust me.

Ok :c

Sorry for sucking.

Can someone else make a spear rifle though?

The concept is cool but you always have to think how it would work, in this picture here, it looks like two grips attrached to a spear, like somekind of melee weapon.

To make it look like the spear is going to be launched, why don't you attract a string or a mechanic spring? so you have a better concept, and also, what Derroith said.

That is awesome. did you just render with Hemi/no specular? or did you do something nifty i don't know about?

also pageloss
Can somebody show me the ropes of high poly modeling?

i know this is a forum for a blocky game, but if 2.49 isn't going to work right now, it can't hurt to want to learn how to do higher poly things, and how to texture them. if somebody either 1. can teach me, or 2. Has very good tutorials on; creating high models, how to use subdivision well, and how to UV unwrap and put in your textures, i'd be very thankful.
