Blade was EXTREMELY easy to make. Handle was a little harder. But i can easily make it longer.

656 vertices with, and 550 without smoothshading. It´s not done yet.
If you get more vertices with smoothshading, I suggest you see a doctor.

How do you check polys/verticles in blender.

Should be some stats about that in the upper right hand corner.

Pretty cool, lacking a trigger though. On another note, reminds me of borderlands

Finally feed back!

Ya I know I forgot to add a trigger, And ya border lands..

I didn't think that would influence me at all O.o

Still trying to think of a name for it.

For now its just Glock, because I wanted to make a machine pistol for Blockland, and that happens to be my favorite one.

Finally, my project is done. The original size for the image is 2048x2048. Approx. size is 17 MB.
This took so long to render, it's not even funny. The Anti-Aliasing took about 10 minutes.
Total poly count is 1339934. This would've crashed my computer if it was set to show meshes in the edit mode.

It's not that great, but it's pretty cool.

I'm not that great of a modeler, so I'll take that as a compliment.

the trees are great!

needs some grass though... :\

but over all: 8/10

No, I'm serious.

Smooth-shading doesn't add vetices.

Of course smoothshading doesn't add vertices, but splitting off does. And that's the key to good smoothshading in my opinion. I'll post pictures to explain that later...
