How are you going to handle the sponsons? I'd like to have an idea of how to do them on the Leman Russ.

they just fire forward. i really wish badspot would add the ability to limit rotation of playertypes on their z axis.

Can't you limit the rotation at which the projectiles actually spawn?

probably, but there still the issue of where the player sits since he's forced to rotate with the turret.

I would rather go with function over form, there's no point to sponsons if they only shoot forward. Just make the player invisible when they mount it.
