For solid colors like that basic single color materials are much easier to use, customize, and apply.

Edit: Please tell me this at least somewhat resembles a cave.


I'm shocked at how well the UV mapping worked out, the seam is barely noticeable.
Fun fact: Same normals + displacement as the brown rocks from earlier.
looks less like a cave and more like artificial sci fi tunnels causing spacial displacement under the ocean during a storm.

Oh my loving god you guys I just scared the stuff out of myself

Had a portion of his face masked off and hid the rest of the model so I could work on details of his face, tablet slipped and I guess I had the mask buttons pushed down or something but I clicked off the face and it inverted my mask and this popped up

He has a skull on his belt which is the same size as his skull so I put a skull in his head so I'd have a skeleton to work over
