shoulder blades look super good, just how i was thinking they oughta
smaller head does look better, at least for now; it might end up being different depending on how you decide to do the limbs

i've mostly been using khain's frag grenade as reference, i'm not sure if i want it to be cookable or not but we'll see i guess

make them rounder and perhaps equally as beefy as the torso

The torso is essentially a hexagon so it'd be weird if the arms were the same or more. Therefore they can be 3, 4 or 5 sided. 5 is a very irregular number of sides to work with and 3 was too few so I went with 4. I just fixed up the arm positioning and added more tone though.

i think you could pull off pentagonal prisms with the tips facing outward and the flat side as the inner arm
shapewise, i would define the deltoids a bit more, and otherwise it looks fine

the arms look like they need more definition
real arms have subtle bulges and curves where the muscles are

the current model looks like it has empty sleeves for arms

Duly noted, I'll post an update when I get round to sorting it.
