There isnt a tutorial but you got to the materials tab at the bottom. The one that looks like a ball. Click add new. Change the RGBA values til you get the color you like. It will happen to whatever object you have selected. |

Click it, it sohld say material inside of it before you click it. Name it say... Black. Then in your ZIP folder has a png with the same name as the material (blac in this case). |
