hell yeah that's exactly what i'm trying to go for

what i'm trying to do is have this uber serious base character that everyone plays and juxtapose that with a bunch of goofy bullstuff like huge alligator cages you carry around and tank turrets strapped to people's backs. sort of like a metal slug vibe where the core gameplay loop is fighting national socialists but you also get to battle them with laser beams and laser beam camels n stuff
