corp are these guns going to be used for anything?
I"ve got a weapon pack in mod section.

umm i wanted to make one too  :cookieMonster:
Ou.
Looks really nice, I like it.

before you say anything, yes I do realize that tingalz is working on a space marine which is x1000 better and more accurate than mine, I realize ultramarines are really mainstream, I do realize im a terrible modeler with a terrible program, im doing this as a personal project to get better at modeling now that I figured out how to extrude things

you see that black thing there? whats causing it? will it do anything bad in-game? did I do something wrong?

If it is what I think it is, you're seeing the back of a face instead of the front of it. This means the black spots will be invisible in-game. To fix it, select the faces that are black and go to Face > Reverse Vertex Order.

That might not be the issue, though. The black spot doesn't line up with edges in some spots, which means it might not be the back face issue. Mind posting a wireframe view?

It's alright, it was a random face that wasn't really meant to be there. I checked in wire frame view and it was a completely different face altogether. I went ahead and deleted it. Thanks for the help!

see how you've made two separate shapes for the gold trim on  the shoulders?

dont do that. weld them. (not related to your black face)

Welding in Milkshape does like nothing/when it works it's totally broken. I'd recommend Snap Together which should do about the same thing, but it actually works.

yeah haven't used it in years, do that then if it works

leaving them unjoined looks sloppy and bad

Going to start learning how to use blender so it doesnt take up space for nothing.

Wish me luk

I just figured out how to use snap together :cookieMonster:

Trying it now.

EDIT: When I try to select vertex's without "ignore backfaces" on, it doesn't select anything, and when I try snap together with the backfaces it forgets up. Is there a way to fix this, or, is there a way to deselect certain things once you got a few things selected?

Removed some detail, added text to the buttons, and got in on a correct 2x3 stud size.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use a dts model for a brick? I've only done weapons before.

props and jvs use .dts models, but they cant be transparent or have shape/color effects.

can't you convert .dts to .blb?

Shape/color effects being what? I haven't done any modding (or even playing) with Blockland for a while, so I don't know what you mean by that.
