servers are not public places, anyone can say as they please there.

who are you to try to take away BL keys? welcome to the real world kids, not everyone in the world is hugging each other like you were told in primary.

Well, I suppose you could say that it's abusing the right to free speech, but in the end, it's the admin's choice, so servers are not public places, they are privately controlled.

It's not likely that your constitutional rights will be enforced on the internet. Servers can be whatever the host wishes them to be, as long as they are able to host them.
