If you break the year into trimesters (Jan-Apr: Early, May-Aug: Mid, Sep-Dec: Late), you'll see that Badspot has a month and a half to release based on his previous statement.  While it's totally his prerogative if he wants or needs to take longer, I will say that a release before the end of April is a good bet.
