Yeah If I sleep on my arm then wake up, I usually put my arm in the air and since I can't feel it, it's weird when it hits me.

man, I remember one morning when I woke up, both my legs were asleep and I tried to get out of my bed and fell flat on my face. I really laughed after that.

If it happens repeatedly in the leg its RLS, Restless Leg Syndrome.

It only happens to me when my legs or arms fall asleep.

I wake up at night on occasion with my arm completely dead.  I have to move it with my other arm.

Once i fell alseep watching tv with my elbow on the bed and me hand holding me hand.
