It doesn't duplicate clearspambricks. This is a preventative measure. Also, it's pretty clever code for people trying to implement such a feature in an RPG.

Seems like it would save you from a lot of whining, this way people can't spend an hour building their ugly house over your server and then whining about it when you use "/clearspambricks", at least they will know what not to do before hand.

With this the spammers would have to build on a baseplate and you would have to search for spam instead of just using /clearspambricks.
