Yes.
Anyone can build on your lot if they have the proper trust. It uses standard baseplates, which include things like cubes and water.
KINEX:
Did you know that there is a command to check if the brick is a baseplate or not? It's real handy.
Use %brick.isBaseplate() to determine if the brick is being placed on the ground or not.

No, I didn't. However I don't think it will make much of a difference at this point, I don't want to re-release it to just change one line of code. Is there something wrong with the way I did it?

brick 1 goes anywhere as a non baseplate.
brick 2 is a baseplate
brick 3 is on the baseplate
