No, open and closed case. Just have a court hire a technician and check the hard drive. Windows always has some sort of history file on everything that happens in the computer short of key logging. (File creation & web site use mostly) Then they will see if he stole it or not. Take the computer and a few thousand for legal fees, and good bye ability to use the computer due to pissed parents.
