PC version is not that horrible.
Random crashes, but if you save often its not a problem.

Lockpicking is hard with mouse tho.
Good thing I have laptop. :D

BTW how the hell I can do the shop lesson?
I do laps with mouse/pointing device but it still fails.

You can get the tattoo in the second to last chapter, and what I consider the last chapter is "Endless Summer" where you can complete all side missions you forgot to do.So don't get your hopes up unless you wanna cheat, did I mention there are motor scooters and go-karts?
