Already had "Advisers" (training the South Vietnamese ARVN groups) in Vietnam by the time the war broke out over the Gulf of Tonkin Incident. I've been doing reading into this and the "SOG" marines.

Gez, what about the Korean War you twits? Only reason we still have forces ready and waiting in Japan + Korea is because of the cease-fire agreement since the end of the Korean War's fighting.

Launching this isn't going to help N. Korea at all, they just want attention which gives them aid. They're anxious because the Korean, Japanese, and US forces have been running training exercises.
