if your home randomly bursts into flames or collapses, if you invested in house insurance, you get the amount you invested X the amount of time the lot has been owned

hope you don't get pickpocketed
fires are different, you actually use a extinguisher

I read the first post before the updates, didn't think you added info on repairing and stuffs.

If your hunger went down %1 per second, you would have 0 hunger in 100 seconds which a meal every minute and 40 seconds isn't very healthy at all. I like all (mostly) of the ideas that you said, although some of them could be updated and improved. Most of this is possible, but it would take FOREVER to make. Hopefully the new City Rp, AziCity (I'm the Gui guy for this =D), thing will be somewhat like this. I especially like the idea of taxes going to building roads and new cities instead of every tick your money going to waste while it magically poofs out of your hands as if some greater power does not want you to have it *Cough* Jookia *cough* (Kidding)
