The only thing that directly states anything about homoloveuality says that a man shall not lay with another man. The entire section preceding and after this statement is saying to not have love with animals, do not have love with your sister, etc. Theres things in the Bible that show people being punished for masturbating, or using contraceptives. The Bible does not condemn being gay, it condemns the use of love as recreation instead of procreation.
