Yeah, probably because it's the same baby. There's no reason to 'shop something like this, it'd be much easier to paint one of those dolls.
Edit: Now that I look closer, I can see lighting changes, along with shape changes. But the general face is the exact same, just stretched. Which is even more proof, being that the head is oddly shaped in the second picture, and more round in the first.
At the same time as it's very obvious to me, I can see why you think it isn't. But alot of the markups can be seen, like the arm chopped off, you see that bit erased with the color of the man's shirt in the first one. Along with his head, the long line on it in the first picture, on the other picture, everything's the same on the head aside from the area where that'd be, and there are some markings in that area that are noticeably thrown in. And the fake shadowing is obvious.
