Sorry, but seriously, I googled Blockland Zombie Mod and I found it...
Well, Left4Block I did... (Zombie Mod 3)
And apparently I didn't find in Google either. :/
Maybe Zombie Mod 2 is gone.

because the older versions were more fun. they had half body parts, showed who you killed when you killed them, and they were freakin awsome.
