Now, why the hell didn't they say something to the people in the building, rather than the cops who would know they were safe on ground level? It's like they wanted to scare the piss out of everyone to "recharge their patriotism."

Apparently it was photo opportunity on the statue of Liberty, and New York should have been warned before hand, if Obama had actually payed attention to his itinerary telling him that he couldnt use Air Force One that day.
