[Tutorial] Making a Gui

Well, im making a GUI and i need to have a button that will open up another gui, like the ban button on the admin menu, how would i do that?

After I finish my GUI I hit save and it shows it as a .gui in the saving thing, but it never appears in my add-ons folder. (Which is what I saved it to)
Should I create a (zip?) folder called like Script_Guiname and save it in there? I was saving it in the main add-ons directory and it just seems to disappear everywhere except when I save something else, it's listed.

i pressed f10 and f11 but nothing happend do i have to start a game?
