Author Topic: Gas Mask  (Read 1628 times)

Made it from three or four references. It's a British gas mask, and all the references I used did not have a matching canister on the left side of the mask. There needs to be something coming out of the eye holes of the mask, I don't know what. Any ideas before I paint over the sketch? ;o Thanks

pretty good!

id make the shadows a little more, shadowy though.

The gas mask I have at home has it on both sides. But from what I hear, that's optional, it just results in the filters last twice as long. However, your using two, so its no loss or gain.

I never cared for crosshatch shading, but it still looks ok.

Im going to do more shading, as in to make it look round and actually have texture. Updating in a couple hours, but the question of what is going to come out of the eye holes is still real important :(

The snake would have its mouth open, and its head would be on the left side of the mask to balance out the picture.
