How about A server preference menu, like the Timebomb has. You can set starting brick count and events can add and subtract bricks. Admins can do a [/givebricks number count type] command.

This should be a gamemode where 2 teams compete to go to there destination while building and a 1 mnute interval with building so more "teamwork" if we have turns to build.... somone afk will ruin a team.
