I have the same problem. I port forwarded and my servers appear dead. I even tryed to shut down my firewall and it didn't work. I KNOW i port forwarded it correctly and it stills doesn't work. PLEASE help!!

Yeah, SuperToxic thought she also had her ports forwarded, and it was still the problem.
