How can i make Non admin able to build Taller

It has to do with too-far distance, if you aren't an admin, this will limit how far you can build from your player. Standing on a higher platform or flying upwards will allow you to build higher.
NPCKiller:
Its not that its to far from the player. It the fact that a player can only build so high weather he is 1 inch away or 9 foot. i just need it so they can build Higher.

Then you have some crappy add-on installed. Normal players can build as high as they want by default.
