Unable to Find Parent Object?

An add-on playertype I made crashes the game. This is what the console log says:

Unable to find parent object[My Add-On]Dts for PlayerData.
I've tried everything, and nothing works. Any help here?

You did something wrong in creating the TSShapeConstructor.

Look at the Horse for a working example and fix the animations in your model.

Also, Coding Help or General Modification Help. This is for problems running the default game.

I can't find anything wrong with it, though.
