i fianly forward the ports and a glitch

uhh... yeah i cant lock it because my ports are fowarded i have a public IP address
And portchecker says its open but my place is still dead
(i tryed TPC and UPD) it was on network computer/device
fisrt so i switched it to Andrew-PC (my computer)
and the status is Active

By lock, he means lock the topic. You don't have to forward ports or anything to lock a topic.
