I know there's a way to get better quality screenshots, but I tried the command for it and it wasn't any different. Right now my avatar is supposed to be a headcrab from the Headcrab Zombies mod on a rock, but because of the quality, you couldn't tell it from a melon on a lump of crap. How can I make my avatar clearer and have better quality?

The quality of the screenshot isn't the problem.
It's because of two other things:
1) Model quality.
2) Image size.

If you remove some of the background, you could show more of the 'headcrab'.
