Empty Hand Glitch?

Here's a pic of what happened on Jul's server. It has happened with this exact add on countless times.
There was also after I pressed enter with this pop up, I would leave the server. Then an IRC message from someone named Link (Probably not a real person, but a bot or crap) said Kirby_ultimamax_c_92. HELP!

You're not supposed to be able to Modify in the Help Section.
