Cannot get new addons to work

I recently cleared out all junk addons from my addon file, then went to DL better addons. Most of them included animation features. I enabled them and they never appear in-game. I have cleared my addon folder 3 times and re-DL'd  everything, still the same thing. Everything showed up in my addons folder, yet not in game.

I cannot get the following to work:

Double-Barrel Shotgun

BAR v2

Lupara

Revolver


Really, anything with a animation feature. I have reported this to RTB about 4 weeks ago, I have not received any help.
