I'm thinking of removing most of the faces. You can pretty much use the default faces for most of these anyway, except like the Spy.

Some need beards, well, transparent beards.
Like the Heavy Weapons Guy doesn't have a fully-shaved face, not to mention you could use a bit of shading above the eyes to add a bit of detail, but that's just me.
Otherwise, nice!
