Yeah I never got scared in Doom 3, only when I started to space out then a monster appeared in front of me and gave me a shock, but that's only because I wasn't expecting anything.

I just finished the demo. Let me tell you...
It bored the stuff out of me. I thought it was going to be like bioshock. But no. It was horribly boring. It was mostly walking around, shooting a little.
