Sabbin:

Nobody answered  mine so

There are 2 people,
Man 1 says that his brother (man 2) always lies

Man 2 says that his brother (man 1) always tells the truth

Who is telling the truth?

What has four legs in the morning
Two legs in the evening
And three legs in the afternoon?

--- End quote ---
Don't you mean "four legs at the beginning, two legs at the middle, and three legs at the end" ?

There's nothing(I think) that has different number of legs depending on the time of day.

It's an old Egyptian riddle, The riddle of the Sphinx, the version he posted is pretty much what the original was.

It's pretty interesting, you should Wikipedia it up some time.

Jsk2003:

Ah, well it makes no sense unless back then they refer to beginning as morning.
Like the morning of the race(even if the race started in the night) = beginning of the race.
