Loud Ringing Noise Upon Spawn

So I was playing in my server with my brother and some others, and all of a sudden a loud ringing noise started blaring out, it was the noise of the JVS Security Door opening, but about 5 times a second. It was really loud. I would Ctrl+K and it would go away for about 10 to 15 seconds. I have no idea why it was happening or how to stop. But then we shut down server :C
Any ideas?

Someone put a brick with a relay to itself on relay, and on the relay a sound plays, and that's the sound.

Marcem it was in my build that was massive and no one in the server had my trust even if I went realy far away I still heard it, oh and my brother is to stupid to know how to do relays :]
