What it would do:
This weapon would drop around 5 tacks, give or take(then the weapon would disappear), and when a player would hit/touch one of them they would get a 5-10 damage reduction.

Pliny:
An automatic turret, capable of tracking players 180 degrees, being spawned as vehicles/drop-able items, and being vulnerable to damage. It could look like the TF2 one, or the HL2 one.
