Minigame gui f--- up + vehicles not spawning?

Ok, so like, here's this problem:
And also, i cant spawn vehicles, in any server. :[
I attatched my concolse, if it's any help.

Looks like TDM or something.

Try restarting Blockland - I assume you got it directly off RTB or something?
Zapp:
Alright, the gui problem is fixed, thanks. But the vehicle problem is still there.
