Packaging a saved build so it can be downloaded

Im thinking of posting a build Im gonna be making and posting what it looks like on here but I also want to have a download so I can share it for people to download if they want it But I don't know how to do it (I have a mediafire account so i can post it there which I know I need to do so don't tell me that part).

Please help Me!?!?!?

Upload your .bls file.

Blockland -> saves -> [Map build was saved on] -> [Build name]
