The pain in the eyes when you move them can also be the result of a stress or, as mention above, dry eyes.
First off all drink more water and cut down on alcohol and sugar.
Alcohol might be very stressful for your liver. Your eyes and liver are connected so watch your diet.
If you have to much stress, I will highly recommend to do some relaxation exercises for eyes, they will help the muscles around your eyes to relax and you will feel much better when you move your eyes.

Who are you to tell me i'm not allowed to give advice?
I agree with you on the Blockland forum part,you cant keep every one from doing it.
