Before starting the clan, you may want to look around in the other clan topics.
Try to follow a format of another clan, without copying it exactly.
If you just throw in a topic like this:

And give absolutely no information or format. People aren't going to like it.
If you base your clan from a specific thing, like Naruto, Halo, TF2, Death Note or whatever, people will not be interested, and may dislike the clan aswell.

Well...I wouldn't say it's the best. I mean, no offence again, I mean, BLOCKLAND is awesome, but it's just that on the homepage it said some un-kind things which put me off buying, and some ppl on the forums were talking that it cost too much....Other than that, they said Blockland is second best building game, and nice people there!

Those 'not so nice things' are called jokes. You aren't supposed to take things people say serious, or else you're not going to like being anywhere.
And I don't think a one time payment of $20 is too much.
