Combining two audio sources into one?

Does anyone know of a tool or program that allows me to grab two audio sources, and combine them into one? As in, i could have my head set plugged in and I want to combine it with IDT audio (the audio coming from my computer), into one source that i could choose for recording and broadcasting on JTV.

If you're trying to get audio off of youtube, use this:

If you have the audio clips, just try and put them together in Windows Movie Maker or something.
