Firefox: Top and bottom bar pictures?

I heard theres this new thing only for Firefox, where you can put a picture on your top bar thingy, you know where you type in the address for a website? All around there!

(Don't ask me how to make one, i have no idea! I think you just make an ordinary picture)
I think it looks pretty stuffty for some pictures, but it looks great with others.
