FLV to MPEG4 converter?

Know of one.
Story:
I am have Youtube video downloader and a converter for making videos. But I came up with the thought, why not convert the FLV files in Audio Files so I can stuff them onto my DSi SD card.
anyways, know of a good one?
BTW: I am searching google right now.

I have some sounds I wish to change from FLV to OGG. Of course I have nothing to do this. Thus FLV to anything would be nice, becouse I can probably change that to OGG.
I can do this by change (Record audio stream) but I am lazy.
