She/He is right, if you don't tell US, we can't help you.

she :o

What did you do? It's probably something everyone does.

So what if you came in your parents pillow case.  Whooo caaares.

You have to live with it. At first it's not so bad, then you start jumping at everything anyone says about the matter. Then, you start hearing about the same thing you did from everything. Eventually you'll not feel anything at all and fall into one of two things:
1.Depression, which results in, but is not limited to: Crying, cutting, obsessive internet use, myspace/facebook friend whoring, talking/mubbling to self, loss of appitite/friends/money/intrests/grades.
Or 2. Ignore it till you reach your midlife crysis and fall into option 1. From there, it's Ctrl+K or getting over it.

Depends.

What'd you do?

No matter how many times you tell what you did to someone else, it will never truly get rid of the guilt; that is true only if the guilt is actually due to yourself, like it was you who did the thing that caused the guilt.

You will still know that you did the thing in your subconscious and no matter how many times you tell yourself something different, you will remember the true reason why you did it (unless you were intoxicated/on drugs).

Though there are some that feel no guilt, which means they have no inner sense of right and wrong, for it is your conscience that makes you feel guilty, it gives the guilt whenever you do something that is against its right and wrong list which is usually set by morals which are set by parents teaching and religion(if you have one).

you could (cough) pray to... (laugh)  god?

hahahahhahahahahhah!!!>1>!>!>!>.......

I think about all the possible consiquenses and hope the least serious one is the one that happens and try to forget :3

If you can't confess it and all, or try and fix it.

In 5th grade, I found a notebook and had the strange erge to write MOO all over it and draw cows here and there.
I ended up getting busted, I said sorry, and got my parents to buy "me" new notebooks and crap and gave one to her, they never found out, and still don't know about it :3   The girl still hates me as she goes to my school now.

Lol

^^ sounds like the kind of stuff I do to make people laugh o: you felt bad for doing that?

I threw plums at peoples windshields with my cousin once,  good times.
