Day 1: I just got a pretty good mine going (I managed to block off the door before the monsters/zombies came in) So, i've been mining diamond and shtuff like that. I hope the night goes quickly...

All you do is you hack at the tree leaves, then you should be able to collect tree seeds, then you can plant them.

Chop down a tree. The leaves will drop sprouts which you plant on the ground, then wait.
