Still waiting for that Modding API.

I want to install voltz + technical mods, along with a bunch of magic mods
MegaScientifical:
They're still working on the launcher for the API. Right now, the new launcher could sort of work for mods in basics: You can make a new version folder and put modded files in it instead, and it should work. I suppose they want the launcher to control the mods instead of ingame, although I'm sure you could use any of those mods to do it ingame if you like. Just making it simpler for children.

Thats pretty much what the Technic launcher does right now.
MegaScientifical:
Yep, but this one is default, so it has to be accessible both to people who don't give a stuff and people whose lives revolve around it while also being stable as hell despite how much customization everyone wants, compared against prepacked modded jars. Essentially, while these launchers only deal with starting their own packs, this launcher needs to help manage individual mods without being too confusing for children/new users.

I don't even know what you are talking about anymore.

Im not talking about the Launcher. DevLauncher is crap right now. Why make a launcher for an API that doesn't even exist yet?
